Welcome to the Consigli-Town of Saugus Belmonte Middle School Project Site!

We are working to repair the 160,000 sq. ft. Augustine J. Belmonte Middle School.  The construction team has been hard at work installing the life safety systems, removing windows and abating the building.  The design team has been working diligently to finalize the details of the building and get approval from the board members.  The project entails installation of all new fire alarm and fire protection systems within the building, new windows and storefront, new building skin that has insulating properties, some new HVAC and plumbing, and a few cosmetic items such as painting in some areas.  We will also be installing a new elevator.
